I first saw this video a couple of days ago and really couldn't believe it. This young lady is 18, I think, and was picked up for possession of Xanax. During her arraignment, she giggles and twirls her hair in front of the judge, not taking this seriously at all (in fact, the judge asks if she's "on something"). I suspect she thought her cuteness would get her out of trouble.

However, her actions backfire in a big way when she flips the judge the bird after he raises her bond due to her smartness. She then says, "'sup" to the judge, arms crossed and head moving full of attitude. She was definitely asking for it.

I don't feel sorry for her at all and pity the defending attorney. What bugs me most of all are some of the Youtube comments where people are trashing the judge for being harsh. Ummm... you disrespect the court and you're going to be punished. If she was too stupid to know that, then she'll have some time to learn and contemplate that during her time in the lockup.

"Adios!"

Oh I bet you're right, but I doubt she could come in there with a sincere apology. After she was handed her 30-days, she just said "fine" or something, totally defiant. If not 30, I'd leave her in there for at least a week or so.

Sorry to get all serious with this.

Hey, how about this week's Drag Race results? Ya gotta be happy with that.

LOL... I was SOOOO happy to see her go. I think her drag look was 100X better this week, but her whole "makeup is painting, dress is like sculpture, etc." stuff was making me gag. She's trying to sound so artsy and claps for herself, but she just came off annoying.

I was very surprised to see the Untucked where the girls ganged up on her pretty viciously. That seemed a bit staged.

As did all the "She's got something on her mind" comments before Monica Beverly Hillz' big revelation during the regular episode.

And I'm not sure I agree with the decision to allow her to continue competing. Drag is all about self-identified men donning the personas; Monica, as a transgendered person, self-identifies as a woman. Would they allow a biological female to compete?

It's curious, because I thought the same thing. If she is transgender, does she meet the definition of a drag queen? I would hate to see her excluded for that reason, as she is part of the LBGTQ community, but would that not open the door for a female competitor? I have no idea, but it's an interesting subject for debate.
