So far so good. I can honestly say that keeping up with the program isn't that hard, though I find myself looking at the internet a bit too much for restaurant nutrional information. Ideally, this isn't a bad thing, it's something I should have been doing all along.

I have kept below the daily points all week with no trouble at all. So today I tried to figure out how to blow the extra points I would lose tomorrow morning. It was something of a chore really, trying to decide what to get. Holding on to them was a good idea as I accidentally misjudged the point value of a big chocolate chunk cookie today and went a lot farther than I had planned. Big oops...

For the WW crowd, how do you determine the point value for something you get at a restaurant where you cannot find the nutritional information for anywhere? Do you try to match it to something close to it or make your best guess?

Try and be realistic when gauging the point value of a reasturant's meal, depending on your choices it can be a lot. I also try and save my bonus points until the weekend and splurge then.

Try Dotties Weight Loss Zone.

DWLZ.com

She has nutritional information for just about every restaurant you can think of.

You have to go with best guesses. Sometimes I try to find another restaurant with a similar dish. Or try to go to that restaurants web site to see if nutritional info is there.

Once or twice I have even called the restaurants headquarters to find things out. I had to do that with Wendy's to find out point values of dressings a few years ago before they started printing them on the packages.

Are you going to meetings? Or are you doing this on line?

Most restaurants have a listing for the information you need. You do have to ask though. I usually try to calculate the values based on the components if I can. Make the best guess possible. One word of warning, eat ALL your point during the day. It is a must! I am down 27 pounds now and really enjoying the weight watchers plan.
