So far so good. I can honestly say that keeping up with the program isn't that hard, though I find myself looking at the internet a bit too much for restaurant nutrional information. Ideally, this isn't a bad thing, it's something I should have been doing all along.

I have kept below the daily points all week with no trouble at all. So today I tried to figure out how to blow the extra points I would lose tomorrow morning. It was something of a chore really, trying to decide what to get. Holding on to them was a good idea as I accidentally misjudged the point value of a big chocolate chunk cookie today and went a lot farther than I had planned. Big oops...

For the WW crowd, how do you determine the point value for something you get at a restaurant where you cannot find the nutritional information for anywhere? Do you try to match it to something close to it or make your best guess?

The basis behind WW is the calculation of calories to meet a certain body type. The point values they give is the minimal for your body to function without holding onto fat. If your body conistently gets that amount, it will start shedding. I know it sounds wierd but it works. You must eat the minimal, then use the other 35 weekly points to compensate when you miscalculate. Are you attending meetings or just doing it online? Congrats on your loss. Keep up the good work.
