I love my house, make no mistake of that, but sometimes, it can be a trial.

Just found out tonight that my water heater is on the downslope and will need replacing. I was looking into different water heaters I can buy and found a "tankless" water heater that may be a good match for the house. Has anyone ever had one of these types of water heaters? If so, how are they?

The tankless water heaters are more expensive, but I like the idea of an endless supply of hot water.

The tankless are superior in the long run, they also last longer because they do not tend to collect sediment since there is no tank. But be careful to note how cold your water can come into your house and peak flow.. The normal sizing does not take into account more than one use of hot water at a time.. And if you don't get the right size, your hottest water may not be hot enough. You really don't have a choice to turn these up, you can only turn them down.
