Mark and the Headless Snow Angel
Jan. 27th, 2009 01:44 pmPlaying in the Snow
I woke up this morning several inches of the white death. In looking at my driveway and the snow covered street in front of my house, I decided to go back to bed. When I woke up for the second time, I called my office and found out the management actually closed the office, which is a rare thing. So today is a real snow day for me.
In getting ready to shovel the driveway (ah, the joys of homeowning), I got my camera and played for a bit in the snow, having not made a snow angel in years. My multi-layer clothing made a big angel, but I apparently forgot to put my head fully in the snow, so my angel is headless. Poor thing probably runs into trees and everything...
We're supposed to get even more snow later today and tonight. Not sure if we'll get another snow day, so I should enjoy this one while I can.
