I may have asked this sort of thing before, but here goes again:

I ordered a book from Amazon Marketplace and was sent a confirmation email from the seller. A few days later, I then was issued a refund by the seller because they said that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock. I checked my orders and I have the option to send the seller feedback. As I was looking to re-order the item from another seller, I noticed that the original seller still has three copies of this out-of-print book posted as available, only for more money.

So, what sort of feedback should I leave? Should I leave negative feedback for advertising an item they state they don't have, yet still advertise they sell? Or should I just not leave any feedback and let it be?

Email Amazon's business practices before you do anything else. It sounds like this reseller is possibly committing fraud. Then email the seller and let them know that you're wondering why the book you asked for is being sold for a higher price, after being told it was out of stock.. THEN you leave negative feedback.
