After a rough night of sleep, I drudged into work unusually early despite being pretty listless this morning. I jumped into things and actually managed to get quite a bit done already.

I was sad to hear that Darren McGavin passed away. I'm a big Kolchak fan and always felt he was such an underrated actor. Superstition says that these things happen in three's. First, Barney Fife and now Kolchak...

In taking a spare minute to browse the news, I came across this story reading the news this morning. Apparently, David Beckham can't help his six-year-old with his math homework. I hope he has someone to help him with managing his millions.

It sparked a thought though. Who would be the best flops on Jeopardy? The ones you'd love to see there only to see how truly unintelligent they were? My votes would go to Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole Smith, and Jessica Simpson. It would possibly be the slowest and lowest-scoring game ever played. The image of that happening made me grin.

You know if Paris, Jessica and Anna were on Jeopardy, they wouldn't have the regular types of trivia categories. They'd all be dumbed down so you'd see things like "Single-Digit Addition", "L.A. Dance Clubs" and "Pop Tarts (Singers)"
