So many movies, so little time...

While cleaning out my bookshelf downstairs, I found over a dozen movie ticket stubs from various flicks in my key bowl. Looking through them, I was amazed how long they'd been there and how many movies I've seen over the last few months. LOL! I really need a life.

There are some good times in these tickets though:

There is something very magical to me about watching a movie in a theater, it's an experience versus watching it at home. I'm sure I'll be heading to many, many more.

That's a pretty cool picture. I should save my movie stubs and do something similar. :)

I noticed the one ticket says "Adult" on it. Would you mind explaining the type of movie you saw with that one, mister? ;)

I too love going to the movies. But the people at the movies are starting to drive me crazy. Talkers, cell phones, kids, ugh.

I recently was in Muncie and decided to take in a movie one night. I saw National Treasure. (This was a few weeks back) Any how, I was the only one in the theater, so I was in heaven. But 45 minutes in, 3 high school kids came in very loudly. And of all the empty seats, they decided to sit right behind me! One of them hit me in the head when he took off his coat. Then they proceeded to talk to try to figure out what happened in the first half of the movie. I finally moved to the other end of the row where it was a little quieter.

What is wrong with people today? (Am I starting to sound like a old man?)

If it makes you feel better, I kind of collect my ticket stubs. Somewhere in my house I have a (thankfully small) box of movie tickets I've been saving for years. I completely relate to the memories involved with each ticket (some more remembered than others).
