I was going to go into work today for a few hours at least, but decided to take off the whole day as it wasn't worth the drive for two or three hours of work. Ironically, my best friend was late getting here.. ah well.

We left for Dayton at 4 PM, we didn't get there until after 6 PM due to traffic. It's usually a one hour drive. That was a bit annoying, but okay. Brian, my buddy, and I had the odd discussions as usual: What would happen if ostriches could fly? Can you imagine the bird poop it would leave on your car? I wonder what it would be like if you could just let your car drive automatically? What would happen if they made driving rules tougher so many idiots couldn't get one? Would you date an idiot? How smart does a potential date need to be to be compatible? More and more chains of odd conversational topics. It's the norm for us.

We met up with his old friend Bob and ate dinner at BW3. Ah, spicy garlic chicken fingers! ;) We went back to Bob's where I played with the slot machine in his living room (using tokens) while Bob and Brian played Foozball (sp?). I think if people had a slot machine in their home, using tokens, they would realize what a waste of time and money gambling is. I rarely won.

The drive home was much quicker, thankfully. Well, Brian is off to Kansas City tomorrow and then to Boulder the following day. I dread the drive for him, it's dull and boring. Okay, off to bed.

Your conversations in the car remind me of the conversations I have with friends in cars.

I can't believe you didn't partake in foozball?

LOL.. the conversations are fun, aren't they?

As for foozball, I suck at sports, even tabletop ones. My hand/eye coordination is practically nonexistant, so I decided to not show Bob, who I had just met, a display that would likely keep him laughing for hours. Also, the score of him "1009" to my "2" would have been too embarrassing for words.

Dayton? You went to the armpit of America.. and it took 2 hours. That's really sad.

I loved the topics of conversation. And yes, dates need to be intelligent. Well, if the plan involves more than just one date (ifyaknowwhatimean)

BWW3!!!!!???? ARGH!!!!! MUST..EAT..BW3!!!

Slot machines are evil, video poker and tables are where gambling is fun and profitable. I love vegas and when I'm there I do gamble, nothing more than quarters though. Tables nothing more than $5.

Ugh! The drive was a pain, but the tunes and the topics of conversation made it better. Yeah, my buddy and I have conversations of a Monty Python-esque nature. Imagine what would happen if planes had to watch out for a flock of flying ostriches????

As for BW3, I sacrificed a chicken tender on your altar in your honor, oh mighty EricDaBear! And there was much rejoicing (Yaaayy!!!)

After goofing around on Bob's slot machine for an hour or so, my desire to gamble is depleted. I'd rather go to Gameworks or Dave & Busters where I know I'll never get that money back when I put it in the machine, but I'll have a good time.

Nah, my followers are just intelligent enough to take care of themselves!

But now that you've identified yourself, what might I do for you my follower?
