No Place Like Home

kybearfuzzI'm pretty much taking it easy this weekend. I got home late Thursday night from Italy and the jet lag is taking its toll on me. My internal clock is all FUBAR'ed, I've slept a lot, which has felt good.
Getting home was the best. I found out my neighbor who watched my house and pets actually mowed my yard and trimmed my front yard maple tree for me. What a great guy. Everyone should have someone like this dude living next door. Reminds me of the neighbors where I grew up.
I did go to work on Friday. Likely a big mistake because I really didn't get anything done. Everyone came to see me and see how I had been, which was good because I'd missed them as much as they had missed me. There were a few bodies who immediately wanted me to start working for them. Overall, I ended up getting several assignments and even brought one home to work on. I should learn to take friends' advice and stay home. Oh well...
Today, I decided to rest my brain a bit. I went to see "Jeepers Creepers 2". I'm a horror movie buff. As far as sequels go, this one is pretty good. Lots of good action, good special effects, and a bit of gore here and there, but not too excessive. Still feeling a bit tired. I'll probably do some laundry and then watch some movies. A nice lazy day.
