Inspection #2 is done, in a day no less. It's not really a shock. The last inspector was in for only 1 1/2 days and he had more stuff to review. So I'm free again.

Not sure what to do with myself over the next few days. I do have to write the report, but I'm already halfway through with that too (I write fast). I'm eyeballing the forest suspension bridges tomorrow and may have an internet buddy calling for lunch tomorrow or Thursday. It's fun to meet these folks in person.

Well, today is going to be a lazy day. I've even finished Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Great book. I bought it last year around this time, but never got time to read it. I read the last 200 pages last night. It got REALLY good at the end, too good to put down. I'm a nerd, I admit it.

I wish I could move on to Rome tomorrow. Not that Vancouver isn't beautiful, but if I could trim this whole trip down by a week, it would nice. I just miss the house I guess. I'll explain the homebody that I am someday when the internet isn't costing me $1 per 15 minutes.

I know how you feel about the book. I remember what it was like at 15, so I don't feel Harry was particularly whiny, but a teenager under extreme pressure.

I know about the internet cost, but I'm juggling cost versus distance. The next internet cafe is almost a mile's walk, but it's cheaper.

LOL! Unfortunately, I don't have a rental car here like I did in Toronto.

Kick around grandville Island. Kind of neat with the arts and craft places about. Or spend an afternoon at Virgin Records (corner of Burrard and Robson), my feet end up hurting before I'm ready to leave that place.

The only problem with shopping is that I have limited luggage space. I'm still debating on what to do today and tomorrow.

Well homebody is great when you are not single.. Always lots of quality time.. Otherwise it just means endless projects on the house..
Now if I could just get a partner home depot like most of stuff for the house ;)

Well, I enjoy seeing the sights, but the homebody in me gets a bit tired here and there.

My ideal trip length is 4 days.. Can't be out of my routine too long, or I get a bit disorientated.. That and so far, everyplace gets borings sooner or later ;)
