Green Shirt Thursday

I got the cover art for "Grizzly & The Bear Patrol #6" inked last night and I have to admit that I liked how it turned out. I'm hoping to color it tonight. I hope to have the issue posted next week.

Normally I post the images to my LJ Scrapbook, but I've been wondering if it might be easier to put them on Flickr. I've not used Flickr for this sort of thing, but I think they have a slideshow function that might be better. One of the issues I'm concerned with is that Flickr is something I have to renew, but my LJ is a permanent account, so I don't have to worry if I fail to renew.

Eric (ericdabear) had asked me in passing about possibly posting a PDF of the issue to download. What do you think? Have any of you guys done this sort of things before?

Oh, and it's Green Shirt Thursday. I have a big meeting today, so I'm in a tie. Sigh...

You look extraordinarily handsome!! This photo is a keeper. I like the pdf idea. I don't have a flickr account, so unless yours was open many of us wouldn't be able to access it. I look forward to the new Bear Patrol issue!

I had a flickr pro account that I let lapse last spring because of money- mostly because I already have a webspace that I underuse. If you want a single space that you can post and share photos, you really can't go wrong with Flickr. I know other people like other sites that do the same, but Flickr seems to be the default, stable site.

I like Flickr, but I don't like it being out of my control like that if I let the account lapse. LJ is permanent so I may just leave it there.

I think the PDF might be easier on you guys for reading at your leisure. Again, something to consider.

And I love this shirt. I love green, but the shade and stripes made me want to buy two of them (I didn't).

You might also consider uploading to the apple app store, or some other place, where people could pay you $.99 cents to download it.

I remember wanting this shirt the second I laid eyes on it. It's a very bright shade of green. Many of the ladies in the office commented how much they liked it. And I admit, I stood out in the meeting amongst the white and blue Brooks Brothers type shirts the other fellers were wearing :)

And issue #6 is on the verge of completion! Monday!!! :)
