Wednesday

Nothing like making it to the office and realizing it is only Wednesday. Better than Tuesday I guess, but there was a hint of disappointment as for some bizarre reason, I thought it was Thursday.

The weekly schedule has been basically work, workout, fix dinner and eat, watch TV, draw, bed... repeat. All in all it's not a bad situation, but I admit the warmer weather and sunshine has started to make me antsy in a good way.

I ran four miles yesterday in the sunshine. There is something to be said for being able to do outdoor things again. I'm not knocking it as I feel pretty good afterward. I'm looking forward to more of that.

Nothing on the news of late but Charlie Sheen being an @$$. I watched the DVR of Monday's "RuPaul's Drag Race." I figure drama should at least have some glitter on it to be entertaining.

The photo today? No particular reason. Showing off my new specs, my graying hair and beard... and a better disposition than I've had of late.

Weird weather here too, but the most significant part is more light in the morning and in the evening. That will shift in 10 days when Daylight Saving Time kicks in, but much more light in the evening then.

I'm on spring break, I don't know what day it is. :)
And, aside from my loving husband and adoring kids, Ru Paul's Drag Race is my reason for living. The show is pure and total camp joy.
Ru skewers every reality show host/judge and amps up the queerness to 13.

The Drag Race is the best thing on the air. Never serious (or at least to be taken so seriously) and always entertaining, I can watch it repeatedly. I certainly do have a deeper appreciation for the effort it takes to pull it off.

I agree with you about RuPaul's Drag Race. It's one of the few TV shows I watch anymore, and this season is a huge improvement, cast-wise, over last year's, although Raja's "so over everything, just give me the damn prize already" attitude and emotion-free voice is wearing on my nerves. Still, I'll always have Manilla...

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this season or not, but I'm enjoying the whole Raja vs Shangela thing. I have to admit, as arrogant as Raja is, she comes up with some cool looking stuff.

Well it's Thursday here already so I can tell you that the rest of Wednesday is pretty easy-going and drama-free. As for the humping, well that's up to you ;)

I wouldn't moan too much about the greying hair; yours is still pretty dark, overall (I've gone beyond grey to platinum), and you still have a fill head of it. Me, I have hair coming out everywhere except where I WANT it.

The specs are definately The Sexy...as is the hawt guy wearing them.
