Feb. 19th, 2004 05:29 pmI took the Yankee/Dixie test on
ericdabear's journal. I got the following results.
"57% (Dixie). Barely into the Dixie category."
I find this a little odd considering I'm a born and raised Kentucky hillbilly.
I finished my latest inspection today, which was quite a relief, especially considering the complexity of this one. I always feel a big burden lifted when I complete one of those, so I'm in a good mood now.
I'm heading to my hometown to see family this weekend and took tomorrow off to get an early start on my journal. I'm hoping the weather will hold out down South. It will be a good weekend to take photos, nice and sunny. I may head back down to the Falls to get a decent picture of them.

Date: 2004-02-20 03:05 am (UTC)You sound like my best friend, who is getting his PhD in Optical Engineering in AZ. He's basically educated himself out any job possibility around here. He'll be going to Colorado or Florida. Still, there is something to pursuing a PhD and it sounds like you enjoy it.
