Girly (1970)

I decided to go for a morning run while the temperature was still low. I did pretty well until that I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on my way back home. Apparently I learned something from my self-defense class in college and ended up doing a rolling tumble and back to my feet. My palms are all skinned up, but still much better than any other tumbles I've taken of late.
So after a shower, I settled down on my couch to watch some Netflix movies and work on Grizzly #3. The movie watched was Girly, a 1970's British horror-comedy flick. A brother-sister duo goes about finding new "friends" to bring back to Mumzy and Nanny at their estate. When the friends play by the rules, they live. If they break the rules, they are sent "to live with the angels." The plan goes awry when the pair brings home a male prostitute who finds interesting ways to turn the tables on the murderous family.
All sources I could find state that this movie was primed to be a cult-classic, but due to bad promotion and distribution, it never reached that level of viewing and appeal. Personally, I loved it and could easily see it having midnight showings and such.
