The Ups and Downs of Wednesday

The day has been a roller-coaster type day, most of which was my own doing I think.

1. Got up and did a three mile run at 7 AM -- UP!
   
2. Dentist appointment at 9 AM to fit a new crown. Dentist gave me the mold used to craft the crown. This is the third mold of my teeth I own. It definitely makes me wonder if I brush my teeth correctly. -- DOWN!
   
3. Work at 10: Paperwork, typing up memos, updating activities in computer work journal for my projects, reassigning projects, answering old emails, answering new emails, answering various questions -- Busy but UP!
   
4. Lunch at Skyline Chili -- Definite UP!
   
5. More of #3 until nearly 6 PM -- Somewhat UP!
   
6. Putting in leave requests for the rest of the week and next week, pre-approved by my boss -- Major UP!
   
7. At 701 Bar in my Grizzly tee-shirt, bartender makes nonplussed remark about it -- Down...
   
8. My half-full beer accidentally spilled in my lap -- EPIC DOWN!
   
9. Home to find my new computer speakers had arrived -- EPIC UP!
   
10. Listening to "Lily Was Here" on said speakers, TV off, relaxing in my home office with the fan blowing cool air on me -- a moment or two of bliss.

They've gone up in price just a bit since I bought them, but if you go with the Super Saver Shipping, you'll pay just a couple of bucks less than I did overall.

The speakers are available at Best Buy, but they're about $54 there, so it depends on how badly you want them whether to order online or buy new. Hope it helps.
