Trying Optimism

After a rather rough week and a long training session yesterday, I decided to put on the happy face with some blatant advertising. Shirts from chrisglass are so useful for this.

I thought about wearing the shirt yesterday, but the students were pretty stressed out and I didn't want this to come across as me being an overly snarky wise @$$. They have some "Access for Dummies" books they could throw at me.

My presentation this morning went well with a minor snag, but snags are a part of the deal. As it was, the class liked the shirt and maybe believe the message as intended. The test is over and the day obviously looks better.

Indulge my artistic license.

It sounded far more threatening and Butch than what I was wearing at the time: "...you'd be eating my slipper." But, they're leather and have hard soles, so there.
