Mark the Traveling Bear

While sitting in my class today, I got the email.

I'm heading to France, Denmark, and Portugal in September! I'm both excited and slight freaked as I honestly did not think that I'd get the work trip. I still don't know the cities yet, but to visit three countries I've never been to before is very cool.

My adventures usually involve me getting from the airport to the hotel and from there to dinner! Although I do try my best to make it interesting :)

LOL.. well, I'm sure there will be at least a little adventure to it all. I know it's work and all that but even a trip to dinner in one of those cities is going to be pretty cool.

I guess it depends on what size city I go to. While everyone views the large cities as being the more exciting, I have found that the smaller towns have their own charms and local colors to see. In many ways, you see the real country in the smaller towns that have less Western influences.
