Another Work Trip

Why-oh-why do I do this to myself?

There must be a tiny explorer, a midget Magellan, inside me. A little monster that waits in the shadows of my psyche who takes over when there is an opportunity to strike.

He found one this morning.

I just put in for a 2-week overseas work trip to France, Denmark and Portugal in September.

Exciting, yes... but I leave the same night as Pride Night at Kings Island :(

Gah... conflicting emotions...

Well, that's the thing. I've never been to any of those countries, so I'd enjoy expanding my repertoire of European places visited.

... but I also remember how much I LOVE Pride Night.

Obviously the work trip trumps that as I've already applied for it.
