Hedwig and the Angry Inch

How in the world have I missed this movie!!!? I finally got it from my Netflix queue and watched it last night while doing some work-stuff. First, I didn't realize it was a comedy and I found the music very fun. Watching them play in these little diners, walking on tables, scaring the patrons was hilarious. And the drummer... rawr!

My favorite line in the whole movie: "It's a car wash, ladies and gentlemen!"

When the show came to San Francisco about four years ago, I got Fred and I tickets, and didn't realize we would be in the third row on the aisle seat.

When we sat down, Fred looked at me and says, "I bet you get the car wash".

Let me tell you, denim skirt + fringe tassels = Car Wash for Donovan. It was awesome. That movie is a Pure Own. I just wish they would release it on Blu-Ray already!
