Happy New Year 2009!

I celebrated the new year at a party thrown by one of my softball buddies. Nothing like being surrounded by handsome burly men at midnight!

2008 was a good year, stressful at times, but included lots of changes. I did a lot of traveling for work at the beginning of the year, including several weeks in the Cleveland area in the worst winter weather, and three weeks in Ireland, which has been one of the coolest experiences I've had so far. I changed positions at work, taking a more challenging position with less travel.

Dating has been intermittent at best, but no real negative impacts. If they were negative, they fueled the stress-relieving Bitchie Ann cartoons that I've grown to enjoy doing.

Here's to 2009! I'm looking forward to seeing what is coming next.
