Happy Thanksgiving

It's been a busy morning at Chez La Soeur. The sis has luckily stopped pinching me and kept her butt in the kitchen like a good Baptist woman should (joke, seriously... I'm kidding... she'd never get big Baptist hair...).

After I got up and dressed, I zoomed over to Mom's to pick her and the rest of dinner up (and catch a bit of the Thanksgiving Day Parade). Mom's stuffing is the best. I may be blowing all the Weight Watchers points and more today.

On holidays like today (and Christmas) diets should be thrown out the window. Enjoy all the flavors that today has to offer

Don't worry about slipping up 1 day, especially a holiday, just be sensible and try not to take in the 5,000 calories that the average american does on thanksgiving.
