Gold's Gym

I went to the gym yesterday, trying hard to maintain some activity every day. It's not that bad once I get in there, spending 45 minutes killing myself on the elliptical trainer.

My gym is changing names to Urban... something... I'm not sure it will change anything other than the color scheme. I do need to get back into lifting weights again.

The highlight of yesterday's trip of physical punishment was seeing this amazing guy in the locker room. He was probably my height or a tad taller, but had the biggest, broadest chest covered in hair. I was amazed and envious as his arms were huge too and looked like he could tear the wooden benches in the locker room in half. I'd love a body like his, but don't see me exercising that much to maintain it. He's good for my imagination though. A cartoon may surface too.

and when you do see him again, you can tell him you're looking to increase your arm mass and ask him what type of exercises he does.

"Urban".... I like the name!

That made me remember my favorite gym that I used to belong to. There were a lot of out of shape husky, hairy bears. And then I realized a lot of them were hanging out in the locker room.... and then on accident, I found out a LOT of things were happening in the locker room, steam room, jacuzzi, shower, AND sauna. So it made it very good incentive to have a good work out to go hang out and see what happens! *blushes*

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't any of that going on in my gym, but they could just be very discrete about it :)

Oh, if he had spoken to me, I'd have been tongue-tied to respond. I'd have had to comment on his arms and chest... but in a butch, masculine, how-do-you-get-them-that-way manner :D
