A buddy of mine sent me an email with this link to some vintage ads that are funny and truly bizarre by today's standards (and misogynistic and racist, so be careful if you're at work). I admit I have had a good laugh over the "Vibra Finger" and smoking ads. They actually make an album for "swinging mothers." I was going to post one and make it a caption contest, but they're all so weird I couldn't pick one. We've come a long way in the advertising game, and so have consumers, I hope.

This one is my favorite though. Who knew there was such a use for Lysol?

LOL... I'm sure the "vibra-finger" was used to massage many sensitive areas. The gums at the time was the only one they could advertise for :D
