Ok, now I'm tired. I feel like I've walked all over this burg, but I couldn't stop myself. Every time I came up to a corner, I felt like seeing what was down the road. Found a two huge shopping areas, one was a Western Clothing Outlet, and the railway museum. It was pretty interesting. Found a CD I wanted and bought a couple of shirts to work out in. Still no souvenirs yet.

Well, I'm off to find an early dinner (skipped lunch) and hit that hot tub to soak these aching feet. Tomorrow -- the reason I'm here -- work!

I don't know how much you like music, or even reading about music, but I read about a store in London that sells nothing but music-related books. They also publish their own books. They claim to carry out-of-print books and books nobody else carries. I believe the name is "Helter Skelter". They claim to take phone orders and online orders. You might want to try- I hear celebrities sometimes shop there.

Oh if I were still in London...

I usually can't pass a bookstore without going in so I'm sure I'd go in if I saw it. Unfortunately, I don't see me heading back to London during this visit because my work has started. This is only my first trip to England, I foresee many others in the future, so I'll be back :)

Thanks for the info though.

Thanks! It's felt like vacation for the most part. I did feel a bit bad goofing off and getting paid for it. Then I remembered that my friends who have attended the "overseas inspection" class told me that the bigwigs actually want us to explore and enjoy the countries we visit. It's one of the perks, I guess.
