Home at Last...

Just a few odds and ends of the week...

• Despite one major screw up on my part, we won our softball game 7-6 last Monday night. I wish I could have stayed for the other games, but I had to pack for my work trip. Our next game is Monday night at 9 PM.
  
• Tuesday was my 13th anniversary at work. I usually bring in bagels for the masses, but since I was out of town, my coworkers will just have to wait until next year.
  
• I bought the complete series of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century for $19.99. So many scenes of shirtless furry Gil Gerard.. yum!
  
• I finally finished my work in the Cleveland area this week. I'll be happy to skip those four-hour drives for a while.
  
• Sadly, I came home to find one of my tires was slowly leaking air. I had to skip both an after work bar get-together and a softball cookout to get that fixed.
  
• Sooo nice to sleep in my own bed.

I did find this brochure at one of the many rest stops along the way. Whoever put this together really knew how to market the Scottish Games.

I bought Buck Rogers about three weeks ago at Wal-Mart. Gregg had been teasing me about it, but the other night he sat down and watched an episode with me. You have to love Gil in the leather outfit on the first disc. I just hope he doesn't "boogie" in anymore episodes.

I bet you would look great in a kilt. ;)

There is one episode I remember where he and Wilma dance some vogue-ish way and it was disturbing.

... and maybe I should get a kilt :)
