Oddly enough we DO have a red haired/red beard friend named Jeff. In fact, he was one of D's groomsmen, so you may have actually met him (although he wasn't bearded at the time).
Our brother-in-law, Andy, also fits the general desription of "dream Andy." He was D's best man, so again, you've probably met him. Andy was also our roommate once upon a time before he married D's sister.
