kybearfuzzUgh.. what a night! The storms that came ripping through Northern KY and Cincinnati last night were fun to watch, but the aftermath is a pain. I lost power about 7 PM last night while I was on the phone with aceofspace. I went outside after a bit to pick up the dead branches blown off my neighbor's tree that flew into my yard and the large branch from my tree that flew into my other neighbors's yard. What a mess... No damages though, which is a relief...
With the power out, I lit candles and turned on my iBook and watched the season finale of Charmed on DVD again. After that there wasn't much else to do but get to bed. I woke up using my cell phone as an alarm clock. Showering, shaving, and getting dressed in the dark is no fun (at least in these circumstances). The power at my house is still off as it is in many places around the area.
