kybearfuzzIt has a long time since I saw the original "Aeon Flux" cartoon series. I never saw all of them and only vaguely remember what I did see. I remember the artwork being a bit odd to me and that the blond guy kept sticking his tongue in girls' ears. I also recall one episode where Aeon had ended her mission only to step on a nail and fall to her death from a tall building. Like I said, I don't recall that much of it.
So Aeon Flux, though I have heard that it deviates from the original story, was pretty much okay in my book. I enjoyed it. Charlize Theron looks pretty hot in a catsuit and she does make use of the wiggle. The special effects I thought were pretty good and so were the fight scenes (yay for catfights). I think my only complaint is that Charlize does come across as threatening enough in my opinion.
Trevor Goodchild and Aeon Flux
I was surprised to see Marton Csokas as Trevor Goodchild in the movie. I have seen him in other movies, like LOTR: Return of the King and Timeline. I have always thought he was handsome and I think he does a good job in the movie as well.

First of all is her look: Gone is that so-hard-and-sharp-you-could-cut-yourself-on-it perm, replaced now with a much softer, shorter bob. Gone also are all the acres of bare skin (as if I should care!). Which do you prefer? THIS:
