A Bitchie Toon & Other Stuff
Feb. 10th, 2014 08:39 amI admit that this weekend, I didn't do much. I wasn't interested in watching any of the Olympics and it seems that the movie distributors didn't release anything worth watching. In retrospect, it would have been a perfect weekend to drive to my hometown to visit, but naturally I didn't think of that until Sunday.
Netflix sent me a Roger Corman double-header of "The Masque of the Red Death" and "Premature Burial" on the same DVD, so that kept me occupied. Neither movie is particularly great, but they did well for passing the time. The first starred Vincent Price and the second starred Ray Milland, but both movies starred a British actress named Hazel Court and her considerable cleavage.
Last night, while waiting for the mid-season premiere of "The Walking Dead," I drew my annual anti-Valentine starring my goth-spinster alter-ego Bitchie Ann McSourpuss. She definitely prefers the bitter to the sweet.

Happy ... er.. Monday...
