Dreaming About Eerie Classroom Stuff
Sep. 22nd, 2013 08:27 amI'd not had a memorable dream in a while. I even had made a mental note of it earlier this week that nothing had stood out of late that I could recall. Then I had one last night/this morning.
I was back in high school, not my regular high school, as we were wearing uniforms, with red jackets (which actually fit my school's colors). After a couple of odds scenes where I was running from bathroom to bathroom, trying to find a toilet that was clean enough to use, I was in a class with a bunch of students where the male teacher was doing an experiment to prove that ghosts really exist. The male teacher was a favorite of the school, but I don't recall him being an actual teacher of mine in real life.
Somewhere during this experiment, it was revealed that I had a terminal condition and proving the existence of ghosts was somehow supposed to help me. During the experiment, the teacher had told us that any magnetic metals would interfere. I mentioned that the push pins on my board were magnetic. So when I went up to replace them, the teacher performed the experiment, which was successful. The class "oooh'd" and "aaah'd" and I missed it. The students were so impressed with it, they suddenly wanted to take home a quiz. The teacher left to the back room, and then, in unison, they all turned and looked at me.
Like a scene from a movie, I saw the teacher go into the back room and grab the quiz and make some comment that he hoped they wouldn't do it while watching prime time ABC shows.
Later, the entire class was at the bowling alley, in uniform. One of my classmates was a snobbish German blonde girl. There was a group of younger kids at the alley and one of the boys came up to her and said something like "Hey, you used to babysit me," and she couldn't recall his name and brushed him off. Her rationale was that they didn't mean anything to her so she never bothered to remember any kids she babysat for.
The group of kids were jumping around on nearby pool table, which annoyed her. So she got up and yelled at them with this heavy German accent and they screamed and jumped off. Then they stopped as a group, eerily turned and look at her in unison. Something was going to happen to her. I just knew it.
Then I woke up.
