More March Questions Answered
Mar. 23rd, 2008 11:09 amI really need to check that entry more often. These two are all about dating...
What is your idea of a perfect date?
This is a hard question to answer in a sense, as a perfect date depends largely I think on the other guy too. I really enjoy a date where there is a lot of interest from both parties, good conversation, where a lot of time has passed without realizing it because we were having a good time. This can happen over coffee, over lunch or over dinner. I will admit that I do enjoy a date over dinner for the most part :)
Would you ever go on a date with someone who drinks and smokes occasionally?
I don't think I'd refuse a first date with someone for those reasons, but continuing to date the same guy would depend on your definition of "occasionally"? I'd be a hypocrite to say that drinking would be an issue as I have a beer every now and then myself. Coming from a family of smokers (though I'm not a smoker myself), I don't find it appealing. I even make family members go outside my house if they want to light up (including my 68 year old mother). If a guy smokes when he's out having a beer or something, I don't think I'd mind so much, but if he's doing through a pack every day, that may be a bit much.
If I really liked the guy, then I am sure I could make exceptions.
March is question month, and big thanks to those who have asked so far. If you want to ask a question, you can post it to the original entry here.
