Walking to Borders
May. 28th, 2006 09:32 pmAfter a nap this morning, I got up and decided I needed to do something active. So I got dressed and decided to walk to Borders. According to Yahoo! Maps, it's a 2.6 mile hike one way.
I stopped at Applebee's and had a late lunch (or early dinner). I have to admit that the server at the bar seemed less than impressed to have a rather sweaty guy at the bar. I can't help it, it was hot outside ;) So the food was good, the service could have been better. Oh well.
So I made it to Borders and bought a New Mutants compilation and the latest issue of "The Advocate," which stars LJ's own![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bigsabu, animbear, and redbeardedblond in the feature story on gay polygamy. Robert posted about it in his journal here. It's a very good article and has a nice picture of three burly bears. :)
After Borders, I made the long hike home. Needless to say that my legs are very sore....
