Hugh Jackman in X-Men: The Last Stand
After a long nap this afternoon, I met up with Brian (cincycub) at the Levee for a showing of X-Men: The Last Stand.

I know that some of the more involved comic book guys have had some issues with the film, but I really enjoyed the movie, a lot of action and a good storyline. It obviously wasn't canon, but felt it stood on its own. I especially enjoyed watching Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde, who I had seen in a disturbing role in Hard Candy. I think the character should have gotten more screen time considering she had not been in the previous installments that much, but I liked what she did have. I also felt that they should have had the Angel and Colossus onscreen more.

Did I enjoy the movie? Very much.
Would I see it again? Oh yeah.
Buy the DVD? I plan on it.
