Out at the Movies
Oct. 3rd, 2004 06:17 pmI finally met up with
chrisglass. He and I drove to Milford to see A Dirty Shame. It was a great flick, full of sexual things. I learned a thing or two, I guess. I'm surprised it's not playing in other theatres around here. It's NC-17 rating may have something to do with it, but still, it's playing in Milford, which is very suburban.
As we went into the theater, a young lady was checking identification to make sure no one under 17 went in. Strangely, she didn't look any older than that herself. After the movie, I wondered that if I didn't have a ticket, could she chase after me in the theater without breaking the NC-17 rule. Inquiring minds would want to know.
Chris is a fascinating person -- handsome, very intelligent and an incredible conversationalist. It's nice to meet someone you feel very comfortable around, like an old high school buddy, so quickly. We'll definitely be going to the movies again.
