It's Friday!!!
Jan. 23rd, 2004 07:15 am..And it couldn't have gotten here fast enough. I don't know what it is about short work weeks that makes them seem longer, but I'm glad it's the end of the week.
I've managed to hit the gym four times this week, which is actually one more than I had planned, so I'm happy.. and sore and tired. Now if I can only keep this up. Haven't had a Pepsi in over three weeks now (my sweet, sweet precious... ), but actually doing okay there too. I'm hopeful for some long term effects from giving that up.
Before I start the day at work, I thought up some questions to alleviate boredom...
What is your biggest pet peeve?
People driving while talking on hand-held cell phones. I've been guilty of this myself, but usually when I'm on a relatively empty stretch of highway. During rush hour traffic, nothing gets me cursing like a sailor more... especially when they are way too close.
A movie is being made about you, who would you want to play you?
Jeremy Piven (big surprise, I'm sure) ... even though I'm not going bald, or muscular, or as goofy... but I figured he'd have to spend a lot of time with me to learn my character (swoon!). Or maybe Sean Astin?
You've won a $100 million dollar lottery, do you want the yearly installments or the lump cash option?
Lump cash option, it would immediately be in my possession and would still amount to more money than I could regularly spend.
Where would you go on vacation this year if money were no problem?
I wouldn't mind going to Alaska during the summer, just to see what it is like. If overseas, maybe Ireland or Australia (during the winter there).
What was the last DVD you bought and did you enjoy it?
The Blue Collar Comedy Tour with Jeff Foxworthy and friends ... and I thought it was hysterical.
