Merry Christmas...

Well, after reading a very sobering entry by clintswan, I decided to delete my last entry of bitchy humbug and be thankful my family is alive and intact this holiday season. clintswan is a great human being and an angel, I think. Big, comforting hug to him after what he dealt with last night.

Now that I've calmed down and did some checking, I need to give the twin a bit more credit as the cam will work just fine. The manufacturers didn't update the box labels apparently, but the website says it's Mac friendly.

The twin isn't completely off the hook though. I bought him an external CD-RW drive because he told me that he didn't have one. After I helped him unwrap it and plug it up, I found that he actually did have one already. He's owned this computer for FOUR YEARS and never knew it. Ah, family comedy... and I have the receipt thank goodness.
