Hey all, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the advice. I believe I've come down to an easy way to not go, but save face. I'm going to politely decline, but donate some money to her going away gift. This way I don't have to attend, but the appearance is that I care. Thanks again all, I appreciate the advice and guidance.
