At the Foreign Trip Midpoint!
Sep. 3rd, 2003 01:52 pmToday marks the official first foreign trip midpoint. It's all downhill from here baby! And I mean that positively.
Finished my work here in Ware today. Nothing left to do but write up the report. Tomorrow, not sure what I'll do if that report gets written up quickly. I have thought about returning to London, but if the report takes a turn for the longer I may need to skip it. Italy on Friday and all, so they'll be more sightseeing opportunities. I definitely plan to sleep in a little while longer tomorrow, the cool nights and cold beer are making it hard for this bear to wake up.
Computers are wonderful aren't they? The whole time I've been writing this, my sister has been chatting with me some 4,000 miles away. Oh, if only this had been around back in high school. My sister told me that since UK and Louisville had a big game this past week, she drove over to my brother's work and decorated his car windows with "Go Louisville" and "Cardinals #1", which is heresy in my neck of the woods. I want a picture so badly of this. Our brother still has no clue who the culprit was and since he doesn't read this journal (dear brother is homophobic and doesn't want to catch my cooties), he never will. Oh, I bet the look on his face was priceless!!!
Well, I'm off to start the report.
