The Group Meeting... Over
Jun. 7th, 2005 07:32 pmFirst, a big hug to
stripedtiger who is taking a break from LJ. We're all going to miss you and your wit....
Well, the group meeting went far better than I guessed. The eight of us sat at a picnic table, outdoors, at a park, with a flip chart. It was fun, yet surreal. We vented a lot, about things we cannot control and things we can influence (guess which list was longer) and came up with a few ideas that may help. It was far more productive that I could have imagined. I actually walked away with a warm and fuzzy feeling, despite the lack of a group hug. Before we left, we threw the frisbee around in the parking lot for a bit and I got this urge to do something athletic and outdoors...
After I got home I went to Sam's Club to pick up the 3rd Season of Wonder Woman and saw a DVD box set that made my inner geek squeal....

I always loved the Superfriends, especially after they got rid of Wendy and Marvin. Eight hours of my favorite episodes on here.. I can't wait to watch them....
After shopping, I stopped by the local high school and practiced some tennis hits against the brick wall. I was exhausted by the time I was done, but I really enjoyed it. Tomorrow, back to work....

I saw that the 1st season of Bewitched is coming out soon. That is a must have. And on the same day they are going to release Tabatha. The Bewitched spinoff that only lasted a season.
