I don't want to be here at work. I ate something last night that didn't agree with me, had heartburn and didn't sleep well. I'm tired, sleepy, and stumbling in a mental fog. Yeah, I'm ready to face the world. Pity those who cross my path in the coming hours...

Heartburn + insomnia = nightmare scenario. I feel your pain, Mark - well, not precisely (the body has no memory of pain, apparently), but I do hope that you're feeling better soon. Remember, time is a great healer in these things.
