Good Days, Charmed and Gilmore Girls....

kybearfuzzToday was surprisingly good. I think the weather had something to do with it, sunny and warm today. Work was not as painful as it has recently been and I made it to the gym after work and got a good workout in.
I got home to find the first season of Charmed on DVD was finally delivered from Amazon.com. It was a welcome sight, I can't wait to watch them.
It's also Tuesday, which means Gilmore Girls was on tonight. I love that show. I've cut the writing from here to spare those of you who TiVo'ed it tonight.
I love this show, don't get me wrong, but it can infuriate so much in the storylines, which I guess is the sign of a good show and great writing. One of the subplots of the show is the sexual tension between Lorelai and Luke. As things got to the point where they were a couple, her manipulative bitch of a mom fouled it up. Grrrrr! Far be it for me, a guy, to be so enamored with this show, but I do love it, even these parts. With Luke and Lorelai broken up, that means no more naked hairy chest shots of Luke for a while. Curse you, Emily Gilmore! LOL.. oh well.. I can dream.

Date: 2005-02-16 12:17 pm (UTC)Well, I guess that is part of the drama of the show -- will they or wont they get together? And it does seem that whenever things get good between Lorelai and Emily, something happens to push them apart again, usually due to Emily.
I'm really wanting to get Stripperella too and yeah, I noticed yesterday that Gilmore Girls, Season 3, is going to be out soon too. I can't wait.
