Tired Monday

Ugh.. it was another day in the file room. I'm finally making some head way to getting done. Tomorrow is going to be a nightmare. We're having a Fat Tuesday Cajun Cookoff at work. I was planning to making something, but after today, I really wasn't in the mood. So, I get to spend lunch tomorrow taking money for the luncheon. Being on this committee is grating on my nerves. My two-year stint was supposed to be up last January (2004), but I've stuck it out. Now I'm sick of it, it's someone else's turn. How ironic, that I'm sick of being on the morale committee?

I've made some progress on the web pages. I have one more that I want to do, some photos of my travels, just a few pics from each place, but it's going to be about 50 photos. I need to cut them down and make thumbnails. Eh, maybe just links.

In looking through the pics though, I found this street sign that I took a picture of back in Ware, Hertfordshire, England a couple of summers ago. It's one of those things you see and chuckle about. I'm sure the Brits think nothing of it, but my dirty mind filled in the blanks. When in doubt, make an icon.

I've a friend living in Ware (works for GSK). Is it practical to do day trips to London from there? I was thinking of visiting him, but don't want to be stuck in Ware all day.
Although if there's that much humping there...

LOL.. I actually enjoyed the week in Ware, there is some cool local history there. Check out Scott's Grotto. Be warned, it's only open one Saturday every month, but I enjoyed the visit.
