On the road again....
Aug. 19th, 2004 09:59 pmI've gone from one extreme to the next, from traveling too much, to not at all for weeks. I got to split the difference today, did an inspection in Lexington, KY, only 75 miles south of here. It was a good balance, I'm heading down that way again tomorrow.
On the way home, I stopped by a new comic shop in southern Florence, KY. They have a fairly good selection of 1980's comic books at extremely good prices. The shop also sells watercolor markers used to color comic book art. Not sure why, but I was compelled to buy a starter set, with flesh tone colors. I've always wanted a set of those.
To test them out, I drew a superhero, bear-type, furry. I have drawn some for a Toronto buddy, but I just wanted a generic one to try the markers out. I know there are quite a few COH players here. So here's to your imagination.. what name and powers would you give this guy?

On the humor front, I got flipped off by a grandmother on my way back from Lexington. I guess she forgot that she had the yield sign on her exit ramp and thought I wouldn't let her over. I just smiled and waived.. ;)

So I'd call him Mr. Chiffon and give him the power to fabulously redecorate, plus mad topping skillz!
