Feeling better

kybearfuzzThankfully, whatever hit me this morning seems to have passed (quite literally). I managed to stick it out at work most of the day, but decided to leave a half hour early. The last symptom was my being very sleepy, so I napped as soon as I got home.
I got up at 7 PM, feeling pretty good now, a little congested, but okay. Dinner was beef roast with broccoli and cheddar cheese. Yum.. and I was hungry!
Some good news, I got a $100 gift certificate at work at Amazon.com. Added to the other one I got that I hadn't spent yet, I went on a DVD shopping spree tonight. The following goodies are headed my way: Gilmore Girls, Season One; Batman, the Animated Series; Ab Fab, Seasons 1-5 and the Last Shout. I'm looking forward to getting those.
