Sunday Ramblings

kybearfuzzI slept hard last night. My left foot is bugging me, partly from the shoes, but mostly from the park walking yesterday. Still, it's managable.
I'm taking it easy today. Luckily, there is a closer internet cafe than theone I've been using. It's more expensive, but easier on the feet. I'll be visiting here more I think. It faces the window and some great eye candy is walking by.
Tommorow is work, darn it, but it is the reason I'm here. I bought a small sketch pad to pass the time at the restaurant. The cashier noticed the accent and asked where I was from and if I liked Ellen. I thought, "my goodness, I sound both hillbilly and gay!"
It turns out that Ellen likes to call people from KY on her show and my accent reminded her of that. Still, she caught me off guard with that one. It made me smile a bit ;)
