Monday Meh

I woke up this morning at my usual time of 5 AM. While sitting and reading the news online, I realized I just could not face today for some reason. I'm thinking I didn't get enough rest over the weekend. So I emailed my boss and took the day off.

After a bit more sleep, the sun is actually shining outside and I feel a bit energized. Now I don't know exactly what to do with myself.

While finally watching "American Horror Story" on Netflix last night (which is freakin' amazing, by the way), I started drawing the first pages of issue 10 of Grizzly & The Bear Patrol. So far so good.

I really wanted a snow day so I could stay home and curl up on the couch, but alas, it was not to be.

How far along are you on AHS? I'm somewhere in the middle stretch of the first season. Fucked. Up. WEIRD!

Today is overcast with occasional snow and my motivation levels are very near zero. Lots to do later in the week, so I'm mostly just counting it as a "get back in the groove" day...

It's good to take a Monday off every once in a while. Glad you were able to take some "me" time.

Was a decent Monday for me. Very productive, but it's getting a bit overwhelming. Sun was out, and there's a bit of a warming trend for the rest of the week.

I've only drawn two pages and will have to redraw the 2nd because I didn't like how it turned out. Only 16 more to go :)

The Indie Festival has been a lot of fun. One was by David Cronenberg's son called Antiviral. It was a lot like his father's early films. Twisted and fascinating.
