kybearfuzzHmmm... sitting here watching "Courage the Cowardly Dog". What can I say I'm a kid at heart.
Got the @#$% scared out of me yesterday. On my way home from the movies it started to rain and I needed to go to the grocery. While traveling down the Dixie Hwy I noticed a red truck stopped in the lane next to me ahead. I figured he was getting ready to turn or something. Just as I came up on it, a second utility truck cut in front of me. The red truck had stopped to let the utility truck turn in front of him. Well, brakes squealed and I started hyrdoplaning towards it. I somehow managed to turn the car and run up onto the sidewalk, finally coming to a stop just inches from the telephone pole in front of me! Needless to say, my heart nearly stopped and there were a few choice words flying. I loved the "are you okay" look from the guy in utility truck! Well, I remember it fondly now. I stared daggers at him then.
And then a 12 pack of Pepsi's broke open and scattered on the grocery store floor the second I picked it up. I took it as a sign from above to get my @$$ home.
On the bright side, I scored a five on straightacting.com.
