I liked both series, though like you I think I preferred Bewitched - I like your analysis of the show, keenly observed. Incidentally, shortly before deciding to go into theatrical design, I got to see Endora (Agnes Moorehead) play the part of eccentric "Aunt Alicia" in a live Los Angeles production of Lerner & Loewe's "Gigi" . Quite memorable ...she was great!
