Not sure why, but for some reason this afternoon, I seem to be bursting with nervous energy, the kind where I want to hit the gym and run the track like a madman. It doesn't happen often, but it's rough when I'm stuck behind a desk at work.

I was designated hitter last night at softball, so maybe I didn't get enough exercise.
